Gamify, the Gamify logo and the Gamify design are trademarks or trade dress of Gamify, and may not be used without express written permission from Gamify, other than for attribution, which is required via the display of the Gamify logo and marks in the default theme unless otherwise agreed in writing by Gamify. Gamify-originated content included on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, data compilations, APIs, software and the compilation of all content on the Site, is the property of Gamify and its licensors and protected by United States and international copyright laws. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability
